  • How would my customers describe my business and its benefits to them?
  • Which role does competition play in my decision to go for a new market, product, technology…?
  • How high would I assess my readiness to face new technological challenges?
  • What are (potential) disruptive trends?

Organization and processes

  • How do I generate/capture value within my company? How do I deliver value to the customer?
  • What is my revenue model?
  • Do my employees have the required skills to keep up with digital transformation?
  • How will the (new) business model impact my organization? my processes?

Culture & Mindset
